Who we are
Stockton Decking is a trading name of 360 Media Works Ltd, company number 12691769, registered office Varsity House, C/O A E Scott & Co, Falcon Court, Preston Farm Industrial Estate, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3TS. In law, that business is the controller of the details you share here, and the quote form is the way to raise anything to do with your data.
The details we ask for
The quote form asks for your name, a phone number, an email address and your postcode, and gives you space to describe what you want. Those details are only used to respond to you. Nothing else about you is collected, and you never need to create an account.
Where your enquiry goes
Only our own team and the service providers named on this page see your enquiry, and only so it can be dealt with. Apart from the service providers described on this page, no one else receives your details.
Why the law allows this
We process your details because you asked us to (steps taken at your request before a possible contract) and because answering enquiries is a legitimate interest of ours.
Keeping your information
Your details stay on file for a maximum of 24 months following our most recent contact, then they are removed.
The form and where data is stored
The enquiry form is part of stocktondecking.co.uk rather than an embedded third-party form. When you send it, your details go to our own form handler on Cloudflare, which stores them in a Cloudflare D1 database and then adds them to our customer records system, HighLevel, a US company acting as our data processor. That can mean your details are transferred to the United States, protected by the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms.
Security checks on the form
Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is sending the form, which involves processing basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. To stop spam and repeated submissions we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address with your enquiry and in a short-lived rate-limit record, never the address itself. No Facebook or advertising pixel is used.
How this site is hosted
Cloudflare provides the hosting. Its systems see your IP address and browser information whenever a page is requested, which is needed to send the page and filter out malicious traffic. No visitor analytics or ad tracking is used.
Some location pages can show an optional Google Maps embed of the area. It loads only if you click to show it, and the map is then subject to Google's privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage
The form sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. Along with what you type, it sends the address of the page you are on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags in the link (utm_ values), so we know where enquiries come from. Our cookies page has the details.
Controlling your information
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to or restrict how we use it. Use the quote form to make a request. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy
Please tell us first if something has gone wrong. You can also take a complaint to the ICO, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
If this notice changes
If our practices change we will revise this notice and change the date shown at the start of the page.
