Terms and conditions

Using Stockton Decking

Here you can read about our decking services and send us a request for a price. Who operates the site is set out in the privacy policy.

Accuracy of information

Content here is provided for general information. Although we try to keep it right, we can't guarantee it is complete or up to date, and no price on a page is a quote. Where planning permission may be involved, please confirm the position with the council.

Free, no-obligation quotes

Quotes cost nothing and you can say no. We visit, see the job for ourselves and give you a quote.

Images

Pictures help explain styles and materials. They are examples, not a portfolio of completed work.

Misuse

Please use the quote form only for genuine enquiries, and don't try to interfere with the site, its security or the form.

Using the site means agreeing

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Limits of responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise we are not responsible for loss resulting from use of the site, and your consumer rights stay the same.

Other sites we link to

Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

Who owns the content

Copyright in the site's words, layout and pictures is reserved. You are welcome to share links to our pages, but not to copy their content.

Governing law

These terms, and your use of stocktondecking.co.uk, are subject to the law of England and Wales and the jurisdiction of its courts.

Keeping terms current

If we change these terms, the new version will be posted here with an updated date.
